U Fleků
Prague, Czech Republic · Historic Brewery Restaurant

The story
The first written record of U Fleků dates to 1499, and beer has been brewed here continuously for more than five centuries. Eight restaurant halls preserve distinct historic characters, from the Academy to the stained-glass Václavka and romantic Knights’ Hall, alongside a menu of Old-Bohemian dishes.
Why U Fleků is iconic
Far more than a beer hall: this is a vast, living Czech restaurant complex where carved wood, murals, stained glass, brewing history and traditional food form one coherent experience.
