The story

Kyani & Co. was founded in 1904 and remains one of Mumbai’s oldest Irani cafés. Its mosaic floor, dark wooden panelling, bentwood chairs, glass display cabinets, checked tablecloths and old photographs preserve the everyday café culture of colonial Bombay.
