Neo-Renaissance Dining Hall · Since 1893
Café Savoy
Prague, Czech Republic · Historic Czech Restaurant & Café

The story
Café Savoy began in 1893 in an Art Nouveau building. Its seven-metre-high neo-Renaissance ceiling, marble, wood panelling and monumental chandeliers create the scale of a Viennese grand café, while the present kitchen serves breakfast, Czech classics and full restaurant meals.
Why Café Savoy is iconic
A genuinely grand room whose soaring historic ceiling turns an everyday meal into an architectural experience—ornate, legible and unmistakably Central European.
